Prof. Daniela Pauknerová, Ph.D.

Daniela Pauknerová is a Professor at the Faculty of Business Administration, Prague University of Economics and Business, where she has headed the Department of Managerial Psychology and Sociology since 2014. Her teaching and research focus on the application of organizational and managerial psychology to organizational management, leadership in an international context, and leadership development. Her work is reflected in numerous international publications, including monographs published by prestigious publishers and articles in leading academic journals. She actively participates in international research projects, such as the Global Identity Leadership Development Project. Alongside her academic work, she has extensive experience as a consultant in managerial competency development, stress management and well-being. She is a member of the board of ČAPPO.

Pavlína Honsová, Ph.D.

Pavlína Honsová, Ph.D.

Pavlína Honsová teaches at the Department of Managerial Psychology and Sociology at the Faculty of Business Administration, Prague University of Economics and Business, where she focuses on psychology-related courses, research and psychological counselling. Her areas of expertise include occupational psychology, coaching, and the development and evaluation of career and personal development interventions. She studied psychology at Charles University and educational management at the Faculty of Education, Charles University, and earned her Ph.D. at Prague University of Economics and Business. Alongside academia, she has consulting experience and is involved in international research and publishing collaborations. She has completed comprehensive training in psychotherapy and coaching.

Štěpán Bahník, Ph.D.

Štěpán Bahník, Ph.D.

Štěpán Bahník is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management and an internationally respected researcher, with a unique combination of expertise in psychology, biology, economics and management. His publication record includes dozens of peer-reviewed articles in highly regarded international journals, including Nature Human Behaviour. His H-index is 17 in Web of Science and 24 according to Google Scholar. His teaching and research focus on decision-making, moral behavior and research methodology, bringing to the programme a valuable combination of current scientific knowledge and methodological rigor. He is also actively involved in research grant projects, including GAČR, and serves as an editor of academic journals and an evaluator for accreditation and grant agencies.

Hana Lorencová, Ph.D.

Hana Lorencová, Ph.D.

Hana Lorencová is Vice-Dean for Education at the Faculty of Business Administration, Prague University of Economics and Business, and an Associate Professor the Department of Managerial Psychology and Sociology. Her teaching and research have long focused on leadership and critical thinking. With more than twenty years of academic experience, she provides valuable expertise and support for the programme’s teaching team.

Tereza Králová, Ph.D.

Tereza Králová, Ph.D.

Tereza Králová teaches at the Department of Managerial Psychology and Sociology at the Faculty of Business Administration, Prague University of Economics and Business. She has long focused on student development, career counselling and the leadership of academic programmes such as Honors Academia. She studied psychology at Charles University and completed comprehensive psychotherapy training at the PCA Institute. She also has professional experience in HR and consulting. Her approach combines academic expertise with a human and experiential focus on developing the potential of individuals and groups.

Lenka Šilerová, Ph.D.

Lenka Šilerová, Ph.D.

Lenka Šilerová is an experienced psychologist, therapist and coach who combines her academic work with extensive experience in corporate environments and individual client work. She studied psychology at Charles University, where she later earned her Ph.D. in social psychology. She currently teaches at the Department of Managerial Psychology and Sociology at Prague University of Economics and Business and is actively involved in coaching, coach supervision and therapy. Her experience in HR, employee satisfaction research and team leadership in Czech and international companies brings a strong practical perspective to her teaching and student supervision, together with deep insight into organizational dynamics and human potential development.
